Summary
Since incorporation in 1996, Infosite has developed two software packages: Dispatch-Mate and Service-Mate. Although these packages were originally developed for specific customers, we retained the rights to their distribution. These two products were originally developed for segments of certain vertical markets, but with minor modifications their potential is much broader.
Dispatch-Mate is our transportation industry solution. Although first designed for freight brokers, it now encompasses all carrier operations including private fleet, road, Intermodal and international freight forwarding. New fleet maintenance and 3rd party warehousing modules have been added to the suite of products.
Our e-Commerce solution for Repair Centre Operations and Technical Inventory Management support is Service-Mate. With the rapid growth of all segments of the service industry and the apparent lack of suitable solutions in other countries, the potential for this product line is staggering.
In recent years, we have focused our efforts on Dispatch-Mate Transportation Suite, which was first introduced into the Canadian market by July 1998 and as of July 2008 was installed in over 325 companies across North America.
