Service Mate has three different levels of repair center software available to better respond to your needs:


LITE

For the independent worker, Service-Mate “LITE” repair center software offers many of the same features as the standard version while leaving out those targeted to managing multiple employees and locations.

Standard

The standard level repair center software handles all your daily operations. It is designed to allow your remote employees and suppliers to communicate with you via fax and email as well as interface with your existing software to meet your financial and administrative needs. The database is housed on your server and is accessible to all licensed users within your organization.

  • Generating new job orders
  • Scheduling work assignments
  • Dispatching of employees
  • Managing and controlling job costs including material and labour
  • Work order production detailing job costs
  • Customer job invoice production detailing work-order information

Field

This add-on to the standard edition and has everything needed to keep track of your mobile workforce and keep them in touch with your base of operations.

Includes:

  • Real-time dispatching of employees, providing job, customer and product information
  • A time clock to control time billing
  • Creation and tracking of requisitions and/or PO's for ordering materials on the job site from a warehouse and/or supplier (includes auto numbering)
  • Transmission of requisitions and/or PO's to the office or supplier through the web site or wireless communications
  • Comparison of materials used at the site vs. materials ordered
  • Creation of numbered electronic work-orders for labour and materials used
  • Produces and prints copies of work-orders on site via your customer’s internet connection and equipment
  • On-line service vehicle inventory information including re-stocking
  • The ability to view your warehouse inventory from job site
  • Electronic recording of customer's acceptance incorporating the signature to the work-order
