We opened March 19, 2004. I looked at several software packages for dispatch. A satisfied customer using Dispatch-Mate recommended I take a look at Infosite Technologies' software. As a division of CP Ships we required software with significant intermodal capabilities including the flexibility to handle several satellite locations, each with specific regional needs across North America. Dispatch-Mate allowed us to centralize this information in one database resulting in the optimization of our operations and facilitating management decision-making.

The software is extremely customizable. It has been nice to have a software program that we can build around our business. Technical support has handled questions and/or problems very quickly and thoroughly. This is a very stable and user friendly software solution priced at a value.

I originally went with Infosite Technologies because I was able to lease/purchase the software rather than having to rent forever with no ownership.
